Location: Chelsea, London
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: £13.50–£15.50 per hour depending on experience, plus service charge and tips.

The Locals Chelsea is an independent, award-winning brunch café located in the heart of Chelsea. We are passionate about exceptional coffee, fresh food, and genuine hospitality. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding coffee and customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing specialty coffee and a variety of hot and cold beverages
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining coffee equipment and ensuring cleanliness of the coffee station
• Assisting with stock control and daily opening/closing procedures
• Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining food safety and health & safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous Barista experience preferred
• Passion for coffee and hospitality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
