Business Development Manager - Hospitality Recruitment

Interaction Recruitment is continuing to invest in the growth of its hospitality and catering division and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across London and the South East. We operate a number of market leading brands within the sector and are looking to expand across the region.

This is a senior role focused on identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building long term partnerships with hospitality, catering, leisure, events, and facilities management clients. You'll work closely with our operational recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions ranging from temporary workforce support through to permanent recruitment campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

-Identifying and winning new business opportunities across London and the South East
-Building relationships with decision-makers across hospitality, catering, leisure, events, education, healthcare, and facilities management sectors
-Developing strategic account plans and managing the sales pipeline
-Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits
-Working alongside operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
-Negotiating contracts and service agreements
- Representing Interaction Recruitment at industry events and networking opportunities
-Driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and account development

What we're looking for:

-Proven business development or sales experience within recruitment and staffing, or selling products or services into the hospitality sector
-Strong track record of winning and growing client accounts
-Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
-Commercially focused with a consultative sales approach
-Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory
-Strong presentation and negotiation skills
-Hospitality, catering, FM, or related sector experience would be advantageous

£50,000-£55,000 basic salary
