Consultant Solicitors / Barristers – Flexible, Fee-Share Basis

<p><strong>Bahram Taherkhani Solicitors</strong> is looking to expand its network of experienced legal professionals who wish to work on a flexible, non-traditional basis.</p><p>We are seeking <strong>consultant solicitors, barristers, freelance legal professionals, and experienced practitioners</strong> who may not wish to commit to office-based working or standard 9:00am–6:00pm hours, but who are interested in assisting our firm on a flexible, commission/fee-share basis.</p><p>This opportunity may suit legal professionals who:</p><ul><li>Prefer flexible or remote working arrangements</li><li>Are self-employed or freelance practitioners</li><li>Have an existing or potential client following</li><li>Are semi-retired or looking to remain involved in legal work on a flexible basis</li><li>Wish to work with an established solicitors’ firm without the structure of full-time employment</li><li>Can assist with client matters, advocacy, drafting, advisory work, or case preparation</li></ul>Areas of Work<p>We welcome interest from practitioners with experience in areas including, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Immigration law</li><li>Family law</li><li>Civil litigation</li><li>Employment law</li><li>Commercial matters</li><li>Landlord and tenant</li><li>Wills and probate</li><li>Criminal law</li><li>Advocacy and court representation</li></ul>The Role<p>The role will be on a <strong>consultancy / fee-share / commission-based arrangement</strong>, depending on experience, availability, and the nature of the work undertaken.</p><p>You will have the flexibility to work remotely or attend the office when required.
