Director, Real Estate Client Relationship Manager
About the position
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Partner with internal business stakeholders to assess occupancy needs, translate workforce and space demand requirements into planning recommendations, and align real estate solutions to business objectives. Lead client relationship management for occupancy planning initiatives by providing space utilization insights, scenario analysis, and proactive guidance on moves, restacks, and workplace optimization opportunities. Serve as the point of contact for senior internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring service levels, contractual obligations, and employee satisfaction are met. Oversee procurement, contracts, vendor relationships, process improvements, complaint resolution, and safety management across multiple service areas and/or locations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal business stakeholders to assess occupancy needs, translate workforce and space demand requirements into planning recommendations, and align real estate solutions to business objectives.
- Lead client relationship management for occupancy planning initiatives by providing space utilization insights, scenario analysis, and proactive guidance on moves, restacks, and workplace optimization opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of corporate services best practices, corporate policy, and service level agreement negotiation is required.
Nice-to-haves
- 12-15 years of total work experience is preferred, including 3-5 years in management.
- Experience specific to assigned corporate service areas, such as culinary services, food safety certifications, mailroom and production equipment, or AV technology resources, may be required.
