Part time Customer Service Administrator
Are you an organised and customer-focused individual looking for a part-time role with an immediate start?
We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Horsham town centre. This is a varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve queries and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Managing customer service inboxes and responding to queries promptly
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring positive outcomes
- Arranging replacement parts for customers where required
- Coordinating collections and repairs for damaged products
- Organising replacement products and returns
- Liaising with suppliers, carriers and internal departments
- Investigating delivery issues and tracking missing items
- Updating records and maintaining accurate customer information
- Supporting the wider team with general customer service administration
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous customer service or administration experience
- Is confident communicating by phone and email
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Is proactive, positive and enjoys problem-solving
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
